To facilitate a family-focused and culturally appropriate, community-based service delivery system for families with children, who are at risk for developing delay. AzEIP assists families in connecting to early intervention services.

Specializes in indentifying, evaluation, and referring families with young children that have developmental delays.

Childcare or reimbursement if provided for those who participate. AzEIP will help families financially for those who are eligible. Children seen in the clinic may be scheduled for a free physician visit. Immunizations available at this time.
