Tell me more about Ratings and Reviews.

Reviews consist of a 1 - 5 star rating paired with a written comment. Any site visitor may leave a review for any business listed is this directory. Reviews are posted directly to the business listing within a 24 hour period. (Sense there is written comments we have to screen the content of those comments for vulgar remarks, etc.)

We limit site visitors to one rating per business. The star system is an average of all the reviews that have been left. For example, if you have 5 reviews, 3-'5' star reviews and 2-'1' star reviews—then your star rating will be the average of these reviews. In other words, 3 stars is your average rating.

Visitors leaving a review are required to leave a name and E-Mail address. Why? We simply don’t want any slanderious comments. If a business wants to challenge a review we will assist in the matter to a point. We will not retract any review without the approval of the person leaving it, or unless that person cannot be reached, or is otherwise found not to exsist, or not reply to an iquiry. Our advice is simple, if it isn’t true don’t leave it.

The information in my listing is incorrect. How do I fix it?

You can claim your business listing in the directory for free and update your information. Click on the "Is this your Business" button on your listing to claim it - enter your contact information and select a username and password to complete the process. Once you have claimed your listing you can change any of the information on it through your very own control panel in the directory itself.
