Garrison Park
Riverfront Park is the largest Cottonwood park space that includes adult and Little League ball fields, soccer field, skate park, and BMX area. There is also picnic armadas, restrooms, and a horseshoe pit.
Garrison Park is located behind the Library in Cottonwood. This park consists of picnic armadas, basketball court, restrooms, and a playground area.
Riverfront Park
The park is open 365 days a year. The Ranger Station opens daily at 8:00 a.m. except on Christmas Day. Campsites come with electricity, water, picnic tables, grills, and dump station. Tent sites come with tables and grills. There is also restroom facilities with hot showers, ramadas for individual and group use, and fishing lagoons. Despite its distinctive name, Dead Horse Ranch is situated amidst an abundance of life along the Verde River.
